The Live Local Real Estate Group was established in 2023 by bringing together Mike Zahn (eXp ICON Agent 2022 - top 3% Worldwide) and Theresa Zech (Top 5% by Sales Valume in Metro Phoenix -2022)  Together, and as a team, we have sold over 500 homes and over $150MM in residential Real estate. We Bring over 25 years of Real Estate Experience, and out team currently consists  of 5 Agents, an Admin Asst., an Inside Sales Agent, and a contracted Transaction Coordinator for all Agents.

COACHING & CONSULTING SUPPORT
Coaching is key to what we provide our Agent Partners.  We have arrangements with Top National Trainers to provide coaching, free or at minimal cost, to our agents. 

Additionally, both Team Leaders, Theresa Zech and Mike Zahn, are Certified eXp Mentors.  Theresa is also a certified Sucess Coach.  We also bring almost 25 years of eXperience, and multiple awards to demonstrate we KNOW how to build a business.
 
With our suite of materials, tools, coaching and experience, you can be assured that the only limit to your dream will be those that you choose to place on it.  You bring the dream, we'll bring the tools and techniques.
